About us

Polish expertise for infrastructure that a lot depends on.

VISIONCUBE S.A. is a Polish technology company developing capabilities in telecommunications, enterprise networks, critical connectivity and video communications. We work with international vendors, but design solutions around the real needs, formal requirements and operating environment of our clients.

Who we are

An ICT integrator and electronic communications provider

Our interdisciplinary team includes IT and AV solution architects, deployment and service specialists, project managers, helpdesk and logistics staff.

Mission

The security of citizens and the country starts with communications that work.

Our mission is to keep investing in knowledge and expertise in critical communications and video conferencing systems. We share our skills to support secure and reliable communications. We raise awareness of threats and help build and maintain systems that strengthen shared security. We believe that through our work we help raise the level of security of citizens and the country.

Andrzej Rzepecki

President of the Board, CEO

Who am I? An introvert with learned extroversion. Since 2011, I have been running VISIONCUBE. During this time, several subsidiary companies have been born. Privately, I am a husband and a proud father. I enjoy locking myself away with technology to create something interesting. What inspires me? Definitely people! I have an unusual hobby; I engage in charitable activities ranging from helping in developing countries to supporting the search for missing persons, using both traditional methods and modern technology, including drones. Daily, I also excel at "putting out fires."What am I like? A bit eccentric, with so many thoughts and ideas per minute that I often wish someone could hit the "shut down" button on me... I know, it's not possible, but I get the reset and energy to work and help others from relaxing in the mountains, diving, and riding ATVs. I often mix styles and genres, combining various, sometimes seemingly mismatched elements to create something valuable that makes life easier for someone.

VISIONCUBE team

Zygmunt Łodziński

Vice President of the Board, CCO

I always strive to be myself. At work, I mainly handle special tasks. I am passionate about new technologies and American football. My workplace can be an office, a field, or a forest. What inspires me? People I know and high-set goals. Although my appearance might not suggest it at first glance, I am very empathetic and sensitive. I am also distinguished by my consistency in action, ambition, and determination in pursuing my goals. I love food and animals.

VISIONCUBE team

Wojciech Labocha

Vice President of the Board, CTO

By education, I am a physicist; by passion and profession, an engineer fascinated by all kinds of technicalities. On a daily basis, I seek niches and technological and product advantages, as well as unique solutions that meet the often very specific requirements of clients. Video conferencing and everything related to it hold no secrets for me. Honestly, though, I thrive in those non-obvious moments at the intersection of being an engineer, a salesperson, and a marketer. In life, I am characterized by accuracy and precision–I believe that small details have a huge impact on the whole. Additionally, I am a bit nosy and like to stick my nose everywhere 🙂. I am inspired to act by the desire to gain new knowledge and experiences. Privately, I have a wife and two daughters. In my free time, I love what is, for me, a highly scarce commodity–peace and quiet.

VISIONCUBE team

Jacek Chęciński

Vice President of the Board, CIO

I started my journey in IT about 15 years ago. Initially, like many in IT, I began by assembling computers and getting to know the hardware from the inside. Then came the time to manage a small IT network independently in a company. I was responsible for the email system, telephone system, and daily user support. The next stage in my IT life was a job that allowed me to get to know large-scale, implemented systems. There, I learned how IT solutions can streamline work and accelerate the execution of business processes in a company. In my professional career, I have been involved in project management, planning, implementing, and administering various computer systems. Privately, besides IT, I work in the event industry. I mainly handle the technical support for events, especially lighting design for concerts. Family? Of course. I have a wife and a daughter. Hobbies (it is said that if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life)? IT, stage lighting, indoor volleyball, and cycling since April. Skills? Microsoft Skype for Business/Teams communication solutions, Audiocodes solutions, Poly video conferencing systems, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange. Professional motto? We do the impossible immediately; miracles take a little longer 😊.

VISIONCUBE team

Anna Chmielnicka

Authorized representative, CFO

I joined VISIONCUBE over 9 years ago, so I’ve been well settled here for quite some time. At work, I keep my feet firmly on the ground, taking care of the company’s finances and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on paper. However, we are far from being bureaucratic – my job is to facilitate the efficient operation of the company, not to hinder its initiatives. I excel in tasks that require patience, meticulousness, and attention to detail. For balance, after hours I let my imagination soar – I watch sci-fi and fantasy movies, read books in the same genres, expand my knowledge about space, dabble in crafts, and play board games. I am a calm and composed person, not prone to taking risks, but on the other hand, I would happily jump out of a plane, dive into the ocean depths, or ride the highest mountain coaster. I enjoy eating (but not cooking), order (but not cleaning), and hunting down misplaced commas in published texts.

VISIONCUBE team

Ariadna Leśniewska

COO

I have been fascinated by the development of VISIONCUBE since 2013, when Andrzej Rzepecki inspired me with his approach to business. Since then, I have supported the company as an advisor, and now, as Chief Operating Officer, my role is to bring our vision and ambitious strategic plans to life. Day to day, I keep my feet firmly on the ground. I am passionate about effectiveness – for me it’s not only a professional interest but a way of life. In management, I focus on simple solutions to complex problems. My Gallup strengths are: Focus, Analytical, Achiever, Significance, and Relator. I pursue my goals consistently while always keeping the people around me in mind. When someone loses their way, I offer a thread, like Ariadne, to help them find the right path. And if the thread doesn’t help, then a chainsaw – to cut through the frames and create a simpler way out 😊. After work, I seek balance in nature. In my free time, I love exploring wild, off-the-beaten-path corners of Europe’s mountains and lakes with my family. I enjoy climbing, trekking on little-traveled trails, and sailing – anything that lets me feel freedom, space, and fresh air. My place on Earth: Sardinia.

VISIONCUBE team

Arkadiusz Żołądek

Director of Implementation and Service

Privately, I am a loving husband and a proud father. I have always been fascinated by technology, not just digital. I fulfilled my dreams by becoming a computer engineer, and I have been professionally involved in this field for the past few decades, dealing with IP networks, telecommunications, and video conferencing systems. After a long and rightly concluded period of work in public administration, it was time for new challenges. For some time now, I have been inspired by the Kaizen philosophy. I strive to apply its principles beyond its original domain, develop my interests, and fight my weaknesses. Both professionally and privately, I am an incorrigible idealist–responsible, engaged, loyal, and overly concerned with trivialities, often unnecessarily 😊. I value punctuality and keeping promises in people. After work, I recharge through space and activity in the fresh air–whether in the forest, mountains, or by the river–the silence and distance from others are invigorating. My fishing hobby often draws me to the water. At VISIONCUBE, I am responsible for the Warsaw branch.

VISIONCUBE team

Rafał Leśniewski

Strategy and Development Consultant

I am a business trainer, coach and advisor on strategy and organization development. I like to observe how people who are the value of an organization contribute to its transformation raising standards, improving the quality of what they create. I enjoy accompanying people in their broader view and development of who they are, what they do and the value they bring to teams, their lives and society. Privately, I am a husband, a dad of two sons. I love mountain running, windsurfing and psychology. I first had the pleasure of working with VISIONCUBE in 2013.

VISIONCUBE team

Tomasz Czernecki

Enterprise Sales Executive

I joined the VISIONCUBE team at the beginning of 2020, at a time when the world was facing unprecedented challenges related to the pandemic. It was a moment that forced many companies to quickly transition to remote work and redefine their communication. So, you could say I joined the company at the perfect time 😉 Since then, I've had the pleasure of working with key clients, supporting them in achieving their strategic goals and building effective communication solutions. Today, we face completely different challenges–perhaps even more difficult and less predictable–so I'm thrilled to be able to build awareness of the importance of continuous communication and critical connectivity. Working with the best specialists in the industry is a huge motivation and satisfaction for me. I try to stay active in my free time–I love running and cycling, and living near the Niepołomice Forest definitely fosters these kinds of activities. These two passions – running and cycling – have somewhat pushed my previous hobby, collecting watches, into the background, but… it's actually good for my wallet 😉

VISIONCUBE team

Wojciech Przybylski

Public Sector Sales Executive

My life paths often intersect in unexpected places. At VISIONCUBE, I work on public projects where technology meets public service. My motto? „I teach millstones to swim.” I treat problems as a springboard to finding new solutions. When my own eye disease slowed me down professionally, I immersed myself in the topic so deeply that it became a part of my life. Finding an innovative surgical method, studying optometry, and establishing a patient foundation – my personal challenge transformed into helping others. Because for me, an obstacle is just the beginning. Personally? It's a rollercoaster. Being a husband and dad is paramount – I drop everything else for a date with my wife. I'm also an introverted extrovert: after work and household chores, I prefer to recharge my batteries in the quiet of tinkering (preferably with guitars), and then re-energize my work at the foundation. I always end the day too short, most often by trying to understand the workings of the world described in scientific research or by walking my golden dog Biszkopt.

VISIONCUBE team

Filip Urbanik

Sales Specialist

On a daily basis at VISIONCUBE, I work with critical communications – I provide reliable connectivity where the asphalt ends and phone signal disappears. I’m fascinated by modern technologies and solutions that genuinely make work and life easier – and sometimes even save lives. When it comes to working with people, I value honesty, a partnership approach, and straight-to-the-point communication, because I believe that’s the key to success. After hours, you’ll find me in the garage tinkering with my car or in a CS2 match – e-sports and automotive tech are my passion. A place I’d love to visit? Definitely the USA. I enjoy growing in different fields because I believe every day is an opportunity to do something better than yesterday.

VISIONCUBE team

Sebastian Sasa

Sales Specialist

A diplomat by training, but in practice... it's a mixed bag. I tend to be drawn to everything–from international relations, through communications, marketing, to artificial intelligence and '90s cinema. Once an individualist, today I'm a team player. I've had the pleasure of working in many different industries, living in several countries, and the common denominator has always been people and relationships. In these, I prioritize openness, mutual respect, and long-term relationships. I believe that communication skills and empathy are my best qualities–I'll listen to anyone whenever I can. In my free time, I research cheap flights (and, if possible, buy them), read books with unusual titles, and watch classic films.

VISIONCUBE team

Renata Brzezińska

Sales Support Specialist

Some call me Renata, others Renia. At the company, I support sales processes and marketing–a field where I can combine an analytical approach with creative thinking. Personally, I'm full of energy and passion. I'm undoubtedly full of energy, with a touch of unconventional humor. I love theater, stand-up comedy, and improvisation, both as a spectator and as a former participant in amateur performances. I find peace in logging miles on my motorcycle, and I get a thrill from playing basketball. I appreciate nature, beautiful weather, sunrises, and sunsets.

VISIONCUBE team

Dominik Janik

AV Solutions Architect

Since I was a little boy I wanted to become an IT specialist, over time it became clear that this was a rather general concept and it would be good to choose a specialty, was the AV industry something I had always dreamed of? At one time I didn't even know such a thing existed, but by a happy twist of fate in 2018 I ended up at VISIONCUBE S.A. for an internship. The people and the atmosphere at work convinced me enough to stay for a longer period of time. In this simple and pleasant way I became an AV solutions architect. Some of you will read this title and ask yourself “Then what do you actually do?”, the answer to this question is not so simple, because depending on the project I deal with various things. From hardware selection, to pre- and post-implementation documentation, to hardware configuration. Privately, I'm always a smiling dog person with a passion for Italian cuisine and scuba diving.

VISIONCUBE team

Michał Subotowicz

Team Leader

My role is to maintain the IT infrastructure and video connectivity. However, since we operate very dynamically and openly in the IT services sector, this brief description will soon be outdated. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, I enjoy solving the unconventional puzzles that today's technology presents us with. It's like gazing at a painting of a caravan by Salvador Dali (whose work intrigues me) and wondering what the artist meant. Combine this with the brilliant team of people I've met here, and the chances of failure are slim. Favorite place in the house? The kitchen! Accompanied by the cinema of Stanisław Bareja. Captivated by the timelessness of his works, I create my own culinary inventions. Sometimes they come true, and sometimes the four members of the household search for an alternative. When time permits and the weather cooperates, I venture out into nature: by bike, kayak, or ski. So that no season is left untouched. A place I'd like to visit? Argentina.

VISIONCUBE team

Kacper Mrugacz

Junior IT Administrator

Personally, I'm committed to continuous development – I'm a tech enthusiast, I love gadgets, I try new things, and I'm constantly looking for improvements. Monotony and standing still aren't for me, so VISIONCUBE is the perfect environment: every day I not only learn about new solutions, but I also have the real opportunity to test and implement them.

VISIONCUBE team

Beata Czerniejewska

Office Manager

My friends call me Beti; I like diminutives, and kindness towards others is a priority for me. I enjoy meeting new people and often listen intently to them. I believe that to hear means more than to understand. Travel is my passion, including culinary journeys. By trying new things, I learn not to fear challenges, as this is my path to growth. I am inspired by bold and daring people, and I want to learn how to savor life from them. I love Italy and the temperament of its inhabitants, probably because spontaneity and openness are my strong suits. I am always up for a challenge, and there are no impossible things for me, only those I have not yet undertaken. In the company, I support the administration department, ensuring its optimal functioning and creating space for efficient development.

VISIONCUBE team

Adam Wójcik

Senior Implementation and Service Specialist

In the projects carried out by VISIONCUBE, I handle the software for audio-video systems. Every day, I work on bringing our clients' ideas to life, striving to ensure that the solutions we offer are 100% tailored to their expectations. The concepts I prepare aim to address their pressing questions and provide them with the answers they need.

VISIONCUBE team

Paweł Jaworski

Senior Logistics Specialist

I am a born optimist, positively inclined towards life and people, and a fanatic of technological innovations. I am open-minded and value constructive criticism, as it can teach a lot. I draw my energy from traveling–observing other cultures, people, and their emotions drives me to action. I love contact with nature, as the hustle and bustle of the city tires me. I spend my free time actively, hiking in the mountains, cycling, or playing football. When I need to reset, I retreat somewhere with my significant other and my bulldog, Abelard. I am a self-taught individual, ambitiously striving to develop my problem-solving talents. I believe that where there's a will, there's a way.

VISIONCUBE team

Andrzej Gozdek

Senior AV Solutions Architect

Master of Audio. The Voice of Warsaw. A face that speaks more than a thousand words. Radio personality. Dog lover and city life enthusiast. Our man in the capital. Andrzej Gozdek.

VISIONCUBE team

Marcin Kujawa

Senior Service and Installation Specialist

They call me an incurable optimist and the right person in the right position. Honestly, I enjoy talking to people and advising them, not just on business matters. You will rarely find me in the office–unless it's our client's office–because that's where I spend most of my time, supporting and advising clients on the latest technologies. I am sociable and helpful; I like to act quickly and can sometimes be overly meticulous. I am inspired to act by a close person, with whom I love exploring the world. A place that has enchanted me is Zakopane with its magic, and next on my "to see soon" list is Barcelona. I am very proud of my son.
