AV systems · Operations centres

Image, sound and information in one operational environment.

We integrate professional audiovisual systems, collaboration solutions and operator workstations – from meeting rooms to spaces that require constant monitoring, coordination and decision-making.

Areas of work

From the boardroom to the command post

  • Meeting rooms

From huddle rooms to large boardrooms, with video conferencing, wireless presentation and simple control.

  • Control rooms

Video walls, graphics processors and operator workstations for continuous operation.

  • Critical rooms

Rooms for highly confidential meetings, aligned with your security policy.

  • Auditoriums

Sound reinforcement, LED screens and event streaming.

  • Training rooms

Multi-purpose spaces with flexible layouts and content sharing.

  • Collaboration spaces

Areas where technology supports work instead of getting in the way.

System components

What an AV system is made of

  • Content display

    Content display

Displays, projectors, video walls and LED.

  • Signal distribution

    Signal distribution

Switching and distribution of video and audio, including AV-over-IP.

  • Video conferencing endpoints

    Video conferencing endpoints

Endpoints matched to the meeting platform the organisation uses.

  • Acoustic treatment

    Acoustic treatment

Measurements and acoustic panels that improve speech intelligibility.

  • Audio systems

    Audio systems

Microphones, sound reinforcement and digital signal processing.

  • Video systems

    Video systems

Cameras, speaker tracking, recording and streaming.

  • Control systems

    Control systems

One panel for the whole room and automated scenarios.

AV projects

Technology that does not get in the way of the meeting.

We select displays, cameras, microphones and control to suit the room size, acoustics and the way people work, with solutions from vendors including HP Poly, Neat, Logitech, Crestron, Datapath, Sony, Samsung and Sharp.

Capabilities

Every layer of the AV system – in one design

Video and displays

Monitors, projectors, LED screens and video walls, with graphics processors where many image sources must be managed.

Signal distribution

Automatic source selection, multiple input standards, BYOD and scaling, built on scalable AV-over-IP.

Audio and acoustics

Acoustic analysis, panels, DSP processors and echo cancellation, with Dante-based digital audio distribution.

Control systems

Lighting, HVAC and AV in a single panel, with automation that reduces the load on support teams.

Operations centres

We design control rooms around the operator

In an operations centre, what matters is clear information, ergonomics for round-the-clock work and reliable control. We combine video walls, image distribution, video communications with field units and backup connectivity into one environment.

The design follows the customer's security policy – from separating the AV network to rules on who can access content shown on the video walls.

  • video walls and layout management,
  • workstation ergonomics and operators' field of view,
  • control and automation of work scenarios,
  • monitoring of AV equipment,
  • integration with video conferencing and backup connectivity,
  • service and maintenance.

What we can do for you

The full AV project cycle

  1. Audit

Assessment of rooms, acoustics, existing equipment and how people work.

  2. Concept

Functions, layout, technology selection and budget.

  3. Documentation

Detailed design, wiring diagrams and specifications.

  4. Deployment

    Delivery, installation, programming and commissioning.

  5. Training

    Users, operators and system administrators.

  6. Support

Service and maintenance under an agreed SLA model.

Frequently asked questions

How do you choose a video conferencing endpoint for a room?

Key factors are the platform your organisation uses, room size, control method, audio and video requirements and the features users need. All-in-one devices suit small rooms; larger rooms need PTZ cameras and distributed audio.

Why does acoustics matter so much?

Because physics cannot be fooled: reverberation and echo hurt speech intelligibility more than a weak microphone. We start audio design by measuring the room's acoustics, then choose devices and acoustic panels.

Do you provide service and support?

Yes – service and technical support under a model agreed with the client; parameters such as response times are set out in the contract.

Let's design the space where decisions are made.

Describe the room, how people work in it and the systems it must connect to. We will start with an audit or a concept.
