Mobile communications · Command posts

Connectivity that moves with the operation.

We design mobile communications nodes from the operational scenario: who needs to talk to whom, how quickly, over which media and for how long without external power. We build them into vehicles, trailers and portable kits – with Starlink PNI L2/L3, LTE/5G, video and a local operational network.

Architecture

Several media, one local network, a secure path home

A mobile node combines independent transmission paths, provides a local operational network and establishes a secure connection to the organisation's central systems. Integrations are described as scenarios – the actual set always follows from the design.

Vehicles and trailers

Connectivity that drives to the scene.

We build mobile communications nodes into vehicles, trailers and transport cases. Equipment, power and integration with the organisation's network are defined in the design.

Engineering

Designed around physics, not just a network diagram

In mobile systems, success depends on power, electromagnetic compatibility, weight, cooling and ergonomics. We do not claim compliance with defence standards or certifications without formal confirmation – each system is designed and documented as a bespoke solution.

  • independent power and power budget,
  • EMC and radio equipment separation,
  • weight, dimensions and layout,
  • mounting and vibration resistance,
  • field tests before acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can a mobile node be deployed?

It depends on the variant: portable kit, vehicle or trailer. Deployment time is a design parameter we define at concept stage and verify in field tests.

Does it work without mobile network coverage?

Yes, if it includes satellite backhaul, has power and a clear view of the sky for the terminal. The local operational network can run independently of external networks.

Discuss a mobile communications node.

Describe the operational scenario: who uses the node, where and for how long, and which systems it must connect to.
